CRCH’s Board of Directors is delighted to announce the establishment of the:
Peter Koutoujian, Sr. Center for Primary Care
within our new Waltham health center at 43 Foundry Avenue, opening in late 2017. The Board is excited to break ground on new, larger clinical space to meet community need, and to recognize the strong support we received from the late Peter Koutoujian, Sr., who served on the CRCH Board of Directors for more than 10 years, and as Treasurer for nearly 5 years. Peter’s generous spirit and unwavering leadership helped establish Charles River Community Health as an indispensable resource and partner to serve the most vulnerable in the Waltham community.
Please join us and Mayor McCarthy for a ground breaking ceremony to kick-off interior construction of our new leased space, and to announce the dedication of the Peter Koutoujian, Sr. Center for Primary Care with his family. In addition, your support of this vital project will help us to ensure that Charles River Community Health continues to meet the ever-growing health care needs of the Waltham community, with the same spirit and dedication to mission that Peter so graciously shared with us.
