Conference App Sponsorship – This year’s conference marks the first time the East Coast Migrant Stream Forum will be using an app rather than a paper program. Your sponsorship will make this exciting opportunity possible. Your company’s logo will be used for the 2017 East Coast Migrant Stream Forum app. This means your logo will be displayed on participant devices throughout the conference and earlier, starting when the app is downloadable prior to conference dates.
Thursday Welcome Reception – Thursday, October 12, 2017
This opening welcome sets the stage for the entire conference! All conference participants are invited to mingle, network, and have fun, while enjoying tasty hors d’oeuvres and visiting your vendor table. Plenary Breakfast—Friday, October 13, 2017 or Saturday, October 14, 2017
Two full-service breakfasts will be provided to conference attendees. As the initial gathering place of all meeting attendees before attending the daily sessions on Friday and Saturday, sponsorship of this plenary breakfast provides your organization with high visibility throughout the conference and the opportunity to address the participants for 1-2 minutes. We will be happy to recognize your support at this event.
Keynote Speaker—Friday, October 13, 2017
Help bring a nationally known speaker to the East Coast Migrant Stream Forum! Your support of the Keynote Speaker will help cover travel and/or speaker fees. The Keynote Speaker addresses conference attendees at the most highly attended session of the conference. With this option, you can address all participants for 1-2 minutes prior to the start of the Keynote Address. We will be happy to recognize your support at this event.
Gourmet Coffee Bar—Thursday, October 12, 2017 through Saturday, October 14, 2017
Give everyone a kick by sponsoring a gourmet coffee bar throughout the conference. Everyone needs a little pick me up! The coffee bar comes with gourmet mix-ins, so each attendee can customize their own coffee! Your organization’s name will be displayed at the coffee station.
Plenary Lunch—Saturday, October 14, 2017
A full-service lunch will be provided to conference participants. As the last event of the conference, this plenary always has a great turnout and provides an excellent opportunity for companies to network and engage the attention of participants. Sponsorship of this plenary lunch provides your organization with high visibility throughout the conference and the opportunity to address participants for 1-2 minutes. NCCHCA will send one pre-marketing email blast to all registered attendees (limit 100-200 words) that will highlight a special service or feature about your organization with a hyperlink to the company’s website. Blast will be sent one week prior to conference.

Donor
Your donation of any level will help support conference attendance for clinical professionals. Donors who provide a minimum of $500 will be included in the conference app on the list of donors.

Setup
Exhibits may be set up between 12:00pm – 1:00pm on Thursday, October 12, 2017. You’re invited to attend and mingle with conference attendees at the Reception from 5:00pm – 6:00pm on Thursday, October 12, 2017. We request exhibits remain up through Saturday, October 14, 2017 until 11:00am. Exhibitors are encouraged to enjoy all meals and network with conference attendees at every opportunity. Please check in at the 2017 ECMSF Registration Desk upon arrival where you’ll receive all conference materials including badge, program and participant list.
