New Externship Opportunity- Employment and Labor
SPRING 2017
FranczekRadelet P.C. provides comprehensive and efficient legal services to employers in the private and public sectors, public school districts, the higher education community, and other not-for-profit institutions in the core practice areas of labor and employment, education law, benefits, and immigration. Established in 1994, the Firm has a practice that is national in scope, has grown from 12 to more than 50 attorneys, and stands among the premier labor, employment and education practices in the country.
In the area of labor relations, FranczekRadelet is a powerful advocate for employers and a formidable adversary to unions. The Firm provides creative and effective solutions to challenging labor relations problems and aggressively pursues client goals at the bargaining table, in arbitration, and in the courtroom. FranczekRadelet works with non-unionized employers to develop and implement effective strategies for preventing and defeating union organizing campaigns. The attorneys are respected adversaries—unions know they’ll anticipate both their negotiation tactics and campaign plans.
In the area of employment, FranczekRadelet serves as a trusted partner and powerful advocate for employers ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to small businesses, including educational institutions and public sector employers. Their attorneys partner with employers to create effective workplace practices and provide practical solutions while meeting long-term business goals and minimizing litigation and regulatory risk. When litigation is unavoidable or strategically necessary, they are passionate advocates for employers formulating and executing creative, smart and effective strategies to defend their clients’ interests.
FranczekRadelet has grown over the last two decades as a result of a strong leadership team with a solid understanding of who they are and the position they wanted to hold in the marketplace. The Firm’s current vision of strategic growth includes an emphasis on transitioning to the next generation, as evidenced by an Executive Committee that is heavily weighted with younger partners, and a commitment to tactically expanding practices to meet existing client needs while expanding the client base across the Firm’s offerings.
