Advice and help the president and the Board of Directors in the following areas:

·  Help to get a better and faster understanding of the Bank functioning;

·  Manage the IT Committee as a decision making environment for all the IT & Technology related issues.

·  Define the strategic guidelines for IT to support the new vision of the Banco Provincia.

·  Define, manage and control the execution of the IT operative plan based on a 120 M$ budget and of its related purchasing plan.

·  Define, implement and manage short term activities to support the current transition to the final model

·  By leading the Crisis Committee, ensure the right functioning of the Bank.

·  Support and drive the Bank Change Program with a strong support on IT and Processes

·  Define and Manage the Processes and IT Architecture: define the new working model of the bank with a strong IT basis, including the definition and implementation of a change program in organization, management, process and culture, balancing the day to day operations with the transition to the new model. Some of the focus areas are:

o  Re definition of the new HW Architecture, balancing centralized HW (mainframe), with departmental solutions to support the high operational demand of the Banco Provincia.

o  Definition of a new SW Architecture based on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) that will allow for the future flexibility requirements of the bank.

o  Definition of a new Channel Architecture, that allows the creation of new channels integrated with the existing ones, taking into account the growing service level requirements of the bank.

o  Definition of a new Processes Architecture and working model based on BPM (Business Process Management) tools, that allows for the gradual migration from the current monolithic system to more flexible and fast business processes

o  Definition of a new Organizational Model for IT, Processes and Technology aligned with the new strategy of the Bank.

o  Definition of a new Communication Strategy and Architecture, taking into account the safety and performance requirements of the Bank
