highlighted phd accomplishments:

·Published method on measurement of endogenous purines in human cells—showed accuracy, precision and selectivity for LC-MS/MS quantification, proved conditional stability, and only method to test dried blood spot (DBS) stability

·Published method for measuring intracellular ribavirin with LC-MS/MS—first method to do this in multiple cell types, showed long term and conditional stability, correlated with R^2=0.95 to paired RBC lysate data, validated usefulness for measurement in DBS from venous or capillary blood

·Published novel method of measuring parent ribavirin in dried blood spots—only DBS method validated for this molecule, showed long term and conditional stability of samples, correlated to plasma measurements with R^2=0.98 suggesting DBS as suitable replacement matrix

·Completed three workshopson PheonixWinNonlin(including intermediate level training), two NONMEM workshops, and one SAAM II modeling software workshop
