Thisformmustbecompletedby any student who has chosen towithdrawfromstudiesattheUniversityofEdinburgh.

Thisisaformalstatementofintent,andafteritsreceipttheuniversitywilltaketheactionshownbelow. Studentsare urgedtodiscusstheirwithdrawalissueswiththeir Principal Supervisor beforecompletingthisform.

Studentswishingtowithdrawshouldemailthiscompletedformto their Principal Supervisor. Pleasenotethattoensuretheverificationoftheform’soriginatoryoumustemailthecompletedformonlyfromyouruniversityemailaccountandnotfromyourpersonalemailaccount.
