The governors of Sharrow School want to appoint 1Admin / Clerical Officer Grade 3 –to start November 2017
30 hours per week over 4 days x 39 weeks

We are looking for someone who:
- Can provide high quality support to the school and undertake general office duties and tasks.
- Has a good knowledge of office procedures
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Has the ability to work effectively, often under pressure, both as part of a team and independently.
The successful candidate will work as part of the administrative team in providing a high level of administrative support. This includes a wide range of duties such as reception, telephone enquiries, dealing with face to face enquiries and welcoming visitors, providing routine administrative support, including filing, faxing, e-mails, data input and routine correspondence. Maintaining manual and computerised records and undertaking routine financial administration. Applicants should possess excellent IT skills and be confident in the use of Microsoft Office applications. A working knowledge of SIMS would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be provided with support and challenge to develop their skills further through coaching and mentoring.
