Community Service Non-Profit Agencies

If a judge orders you to complete CSW hours at a specific agency, you must complete all your hours at that agency. Requesting any changes to the judge’s order for completing CSW must be submitted in writing to the judge for prior approval. All CSW hours must be completed at a non-profit agency unless otherwise specified by a judge. No credit will be given if the agency does not have a 501(C3) Tax Identification Number.

Once you have completed the CSW hours ordered by the Judge, it is your responsibility to have verification turned in to the Probation Department or our Probation Officer no later than one week before your return to court date. Please be sure to review the Work Rules and Timesheets in order to ensure that your timesheet has all the necessary information to verify the hours you worked.
