1.  Persons desiring a private room and/or arriving early should attach a check for the appropriate amount to this form. Please note under “other comments” if you prefer a king bed or two queens and we will try to accommodate requests as they are received. Thus, those who register early have a better chance of getting their bed and room preferences.

2.  Faculty who will be sharing a room with another participant should attach a refundable $50 earnest money deposit. This deposit protects the college from last minute cancellations and the resulting charges for an unused room. Your earnest money deposit will be returned at the retreat.

3. Participants desiring the van service should submit a separate check or money order for $20. The vans will leave from the Valle Verde Campus/Annex area at 10 AM on May 21st.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our contract with the hotel stipulates that we may be held responsible for late cancellations. Thus, we need to receive your cancellation request no later than April 22, 2013, in order to guarantee a refund of your deposit/payment. After April 22nd we cannot guarantee a refund if the college is billed for your room. However, we will try to locate a replacement participant so that we can fill your room and refund your payment. Van riders can cancel up until May 1, 2013.
