BUSINESS: APPOINTMENTS
Please Note:
a. Please read through the material and complete your ballot. Place the ballot in the stamped and addressed PRIORITY MAIL envelope and return as soon as possible. Balloting will close at 5pm EST, November 30th. As in prior actions of this nature, the Secretary will open and tabulate the votes, make his report to the President and the General Attorney, mailing the returned ballots to the General Attorney. A two month search was conducted to recruit a replacement for Judge Goodall. Departments and Chapters were contacted for recommendations, as were the majority of the Board Members. At the end of the process Acting Judge Advocate Agnew was the only candidate. He was examined by Judge Goodall and found to be qualified for the position. He was appointed as Acting JA, and approved by the Board in that position on October 10, 2006.
