We are currently seeking a dynamic, engaging Human Resources Manager for our Kingston Care Center in Sylvania, Ohio. This position will be responsible for managing all human resources practices within the facility, including successful recruitment, onboarding and retention efforts, coaching employees and managers in matters pertaining to all areas of employment, payroll processing, and administration of employee information, classification, status and benefits.

The successful candidate will possess an energetic, team-focused approach to supporting the Kingston Mission, Vision and Approach. He/She will have demonstrated success in developing a positive, supportive work environment, be highly organized, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work with minimal supervision.

Qualified applicants will at a minimum possess:

·  Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field;

·  2-5 years HR Management AND payroll processing experience in the healthcare industry

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

·  Experience using a HRIS and Time and Attendance System (Kronos preferred)
