Breakfast Salad: Take off lid and heat the bacon and eggs for 30 seconds. Add to the other container of salad ingredients. Devour!

Pork Sausage Patties w/Scrambled Eggs & Salsa: Take off lid and remove salsa, heat for 60-90 seconds at 50% power for softer eggs. Pour on salsa andsavor the flavor!

Soup & Salads

Brussels Sprouts & Bacon Salad: Amazing combination!Take off the lid and enjoy!

Ham & Egg Salad: I hope you ordered extra – this would be good for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack! Take off lid and enjoy cold.

Chicken Tortilla Soup: If you liked our Fajita Chicken Salad, you are going to love this soup – same spice blends/same yumminess! Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds, stir and repeat. I recommend you put a paper towel over the bowl to avoid splatter.

Vegetable Beef Soup: Classic soup! Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds, stir and repeat. I recommend you put a paper towel over the bowl to avoid splatter.

Entrees

Salmon Burger w/Spicy Zucchini Fries: Remove lid and take out container of tartar sauce, heat entree for 60-90 seconds and repeat if desired. To avoid the fish being overcooked, I would recommend heating for double the time at 50% power on your microwave. Don’t forget to breathe between bites!

Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder: Cooked slow – eat slow and savor the moment! Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds.

Paleo Joes: Sloppy Joes for adults!Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. ENJOY!

Pot Roast w/Mashed Potatoes & Gravy: Not your mother’s recipe, unless she cooked paleo! Take off lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Yum!

Loaded Chili w/Cornbread: Classic combo made paleo! Take off lid and heat chili for 60-90 seconds. Yum!

Shredded Chicken Enchilada: One of my favorites! Take off lid and heat for 60-90 seconds, stir and heat an additional 30 seconds if needed.

Blackened Chicken Alfredo: Take off lid and heat for 60-90 seconds at 50% power. A classic sauce made Paleo on Primal rice pasta – enjoy!

Pork Burger: We love all the different ways we can make burgers and sides! Going with the classic sweet potato fries. Remove lid and heat for 60 seconds, flip burger over and heat for an additional 45 seconds. Make sure to take a breath between bites!
