KEY ACADEMIC PROJECTS

  • Worked as editor on book named “ case studies in management”
  • A study on employee engagement and HR practices- A survey was conducted on organizational climate of the company in which 100 employees of the corporate office were asked to fill a questionnaire relating to Employee Engagement and HR Practices. This research was conducted with the objective of understanding relationship between HR Practices and Employee Engagement. Data was collected from employees of various departments. The findings reveal that the employees are satisfied with the pay, allowances and perquisites, the working conditions.
  • Consumer perception toward cars- the purpose of the study was to find out the changing perceptions of consumers towards “small cars”.
  • A Comprehensive study on India’s competitiveness with SAARC countries-
  • Group Behavior and its effect on the organization.
