Lewis and Clark College is seeking an energetic nurse practitioner or physicianto serve as the Director of the Student Health Service.Thisisa full-time,11-month position. The Director supervises full- and part-time staff including a physician, women’s health nurse practitioner, registered nurse, laboratory technologist, registered dietitian and medical administrative specialist. This position oversees all operations of the Student Health Service and serves as a campus resource for health-related issues affecting the collegecommunity at large. In the role of patient care provider, the director works autonomously to assess, diagnose, treat and manage students' health-care needs on a daily basis emphasizing health promotion.The Director may also provide travel medicine services tostudents.The new Director will join the multidisciplinary Wellness Leadership Team to collaborate on programs to improve the health and well-being of students.
