Would you like to find out more about public transport or are living in one of Holbeach’s rural villages and find it difficult to get out and about? Why not use the Call Connect Bus Service, which is jointly funded by Lincolnshire County Council and South Holland District Council. A series of roadshows will be visiting Holbeach and Long Sutton area between 13th & 17th June, where you can see the bus first hand, ask questions and see how it can help you access those hard to reach events you always wanted to attend. Among the venues it will be attending in the Holbeach area are:

Monday 13th June:

10am The Old Church – Holbeach Clough

11am The School – Holbeach Bank

12.30 – The Bus Stop – Gedney

Wednesday 15th June:

12.30 – The Church – Holbeach St Johns

1.40 - The Post office – Sutton St James

Thursday 16th June:

9am- 1pm – Holbeach Pop In & Market

In the May edition I said I would update you as to who was elected onto South Holland District Council representing Holbeach. The three successful candidates were Cllr Francis Biggadike, Cllr Martin Howard and Cllr Rita Rudkin. The full results are listed below:
