Terms & Conditions:
1. A non-refundable deposit of £5 per guest will be required. Your deposit will be needed within one week of booking to confirm the table. Your booking is not secure until we have received your deposit.
2. The remaining balance must be paid for on the day of dining.
3. Cancellations can be made at any time by telephoning The Thornhill Arms. Please do not email.
4. Payments can be made by either Card or Cheque, Card Payments can be taken over the telephone.
5. All pre-orders must be received one week before dining. Please let us know of any dietary requirements
6. Please be aware that time of dining is when food is due to be served, please arrive 15 minutes before. If you miss your booked time, there may be a wait for service.
7. For tables over 8 guests, we will need a named pre-order, to stop any confusion.
8. Room and table requests cannot always be granted.
9. Our doors close at 4pm lunch and 11.30pm evening, please arrange transport for before these times.
