  • Ray Hasart has been selected to receive the 2010 C. Thomas Olivo Outstanding Service Award. This prestigious recognition, NOCTI’s highest honor, is reserved for those who have demonstrated leadership in occupational competency assessment. Ray will be honored at a NOCTI Pre-Convention (ACTE) luncheon on 12/1/10.
