The USTA Code Rules and the regulations of Tennis At Shiloh will govern.

$  Participants must be a cardholder of ATA / USTA. No player may enter more than two (2) events.

$  Match time adjustments will be considered for league players. Request must be made prior to draw.

$  All matches will be the best 2-out-of-3 sets. A 12-point tiebreaker will be used at six games all. Tie break in lieu of 3rd set for 70s

$  First match times will be posted on June 1, 2016 to the USTA Tennis Link System.

$  Please report to tournament site, rain or shine. Certified USTA officials will be on site.

$  Tournament play will begin on Friday, June 3, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. unless otherwise notified.

$  All participants must sign the release statement during check-in. A 15-minute default rule will be enforced.

$  Draw will be held on Monday, May 30, 2016. Trophies will be awarded to Winner and Finalist in each event.

An award of $200.00 to the winner and $100.00 to the finalist will be paid for any singles event with a draw above 16 + entries.

An award of $200.00 to the winning team and $100.00 to the finalist team will be paid for any doubles event with draw above 8+ teams
