Reflection Prayer for the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit

God grant me a Spirit of Wisdom, that I may strive after only those things which are eternal. The spirit of Understanding; that I may let you enlighten me with the light of your divine truth. Right judgement, so I would seek the surest way of doing what was pleasing to you. Courage ; that I may carry my Cross knowing you are by my side, so that I may overcome all the obstacles that oppose my salvation. Knowledge; That I may know God and myself, and grow perfect in the science of the Saints. Wonder and awe in God’s presence; that I may allow myself feel drawn into his presence Reverence, that I may feel a deep respect for God and his People
