AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BETHLEHEM,

COUNTIES OF LEHIGH AND NORTHAMPTON,

COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING

THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BUDGET FOR

2012.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BETHLEHEM HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. That total appropriations in the 2012 Community Development Budget be decreased from Six Million, Nine-One Thousand, Two Hundred Fifty ($6,091,250) Dollars to Five Million, Three Hundred Forty-Six Thousand, Eight Hundred Fifty-Three ($5,346,853) Dollars.
