Job Title : Infor Services Account Manager

SUMMARY: Works as an in the field Hansen/ EAM PSO Account Manager in support of the business development process for the Professional Services Organization (PSO). Responsibilities include assessing the technology and business needs of prospects, and/or existing client base via on-site and remote discovery processes and then mapping the company’s products and services to meet these needs. Delivers proposals of the findings to customer’s managers while explaining the benefits and ROI to be achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyzes customers' business requirements and technology objectives; develops pre-scope plans and presentations to meet the customer business needs. Works closely with the assigned Account Executive, other Pre-Sales personnel and Regional PSO Management to ensure the customer’s needs for information and estimates are carefully met.

Maintain and communicate Asset Management Services sales pipeline and detail.

FOCUS: Successfully selling and winning profitable Asset Management Services based upon quarterly/annual targets, including

Building Client relationships, Move from Opportunistic Product Sales to Strategic Solution Sales, Execute Regional Business Strategy, Account Planning, Identifying Opportunities and Closing Orders

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or computer science. Background in Asset Management software solutions and delivery of engineering solution based software using a structured methodology. Experience in a customer facing role, ideally involving a level of selling responsibility.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills. Excellent understanding of English (communication and writing) required. Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team member and customer liaison. Proficient PC skills. Professional appearance and presentation required. Excel Word, PowerPoint and various other software applications used as required. General office environment. Considerable stress may occur at times.
