AREAS OF FUNCTIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT
· Provided on-site support for multiple machine installations, startups, troubleshooting and operation training installations which brought customers up to operational speed, and met production quotas within projected timeframes.
· Assessed and repaired equipment and remained on-site ensuring repairs, training operators and educating plant maintenance to properly maintain equipment.
· Assembled and tested new machinery from Italy; audited machine per 100+ item checklist, corrected deficiencies, rigged, loaded, and assured protection of machinery onto semi-trucks and onto the jobsite.
· Built complex diesel engine and generator packages that met deadlines and specified operating performance.
· Tested engines (dynamometer and/or electrical load bank) for performance with recorded detailed engine analysis ensuring proper emergency and standby usage of the gen-set package during an outage event.
· Performed preventative maintenance on diesel gen set packages from 20kW up to 2,000kW; received, inspected, repaired and documented rental equipment for customers; distributed and received inventory needed for on-site equipment operation such as Green Bay Packer’s Lambeau Field Tundra Zone.
