This addendum is issued to change the bid opening date:

And answer the following questions:
Question No. 1 What are the main drivers that initiated the Attendance Boundary Study; growth, decline, migration and population shifts, housing turnover, programmatic issues?
Answer No. 1 All of the above
Question No. 2 Is there an anticipated timeline to complete the study? Is there an anticipated start/school year to implement the recommendations of the study?
Answer No. 2 Tentative: proposal to board in late 2016/early 2017 for implementation in fall 2017
Question No. 3 What is the anticipated level of involvement by School Board members in the process?
Answer No. 3 High
Question No. 4 Is the Blue Ribbon panel synonymous with HISD stakeholders or are they 2 separate groups?
Answer No. 4 Two separate groups
Question No. 5 Regarding the 10-year enrollment projections, does the District want:
Question a: Enrollment projections District-wide only?
Answer a: No, by school
Question b: Enrollment projections by school, by grade (by where students attend)?
Answer b: Yes
Question c: Enrollment projections by boundary, by grade (by where students live)?
Answer c: Yes
Question d: If this is a desired option, does the District have the necessary data needed to complete the projections; 10 years of enrollment data (geocoded or able to be geocoded), including student id, grade level, address, etc. each year)?

Question No. 6: What level of 10-year demographic analysis is desired by the District; census info or drilling down to subdivision analysis and student yields with build out?

Question No. 7 The District desires at least three different boundary scenarios to be developed. Is the District looking at District-wide scenarios only or scenarios involving all grades?

Question No. 8 Capacity Reports are listed as part of the deliverables. Does the District already have capacities completed or does the District anticipate that the consultant will develop and/or verify the capacities?
