Topics to explain: the problem, how quickly a vehicle heats up, reasons that might cause the problem,your solution. Demonstrate the solution. Incorporate your speaking parts into your demonstration.

TASK 2:

Each team member will write a BUSINESS LETTER to Safety 1st, a manufacturer of child safety products, to sell the team’s device idea.

  1. VOICE – Does your letter show in-depth thought and effort? Is your letter written in your best handwriting? Free of scratched out words? Did you fully explain your ideas using an engaging introduction and a thoughtful conclusion? Did you use transitions (transitional elements) to build flow into your writing?

Grading Scale:

All 3 letters circled = 100

2 letters circled = 90

1 letter circled = 80

No letters circled = 70

Checked letters will add five points to the score.
