IT’S THE LAW

State statutes prohibit the use of ATV’s on Village Streets.

OUTDOOR WATER FAUCETS

The DNR requires all outside water faucets to have special valves attached to prevent backups into the public water system. Contact Chris Jensen if you need one.

SUMP PUMPS

If you have a sump pump in your basement, make sure it is draining outside. It is illegal to have them hooked into the sewer system AND you could receive a major mess in your basement if the sewer lines backup!

PARENTS & GUARDIANS

The Village has a curfew for minors. No minors should be in any public place during the curfew hours of 11:00 p.m. thru 6:00 a.m. on any day if not accompanied by parent or guardian. Minors should also be supervised by an adult in the Village Parks and around the village at all times.
