You must ensure that you are registering in the correct units. Complete this form with your primary supervisor, before approaching the Associate Dean Research (ADR) or HDR convener in your Faculty or Research Instituteto approve the enrolment.

If you are changing your enrolment from full-time to part-time or vice versa, you must provide written approval from your Primary Supervisor.

International Students

If you are planning a part-time load or withdrawing from units and consequently commencing part-time study you must consult with International Student Support Service before presenting this form for processing to ensure that your visa requirements are met.
