% of Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) mandatory training completed compared to ESH training assigned

Metric Gathering Process
· Metric is provided by Regulatory Affairs
· Data point needed for metric – quarterly YTD training % complete
§ The % complete is then used for each month of the quarter (eg. 6/02 YTD is 45%, use 45% for 4/02, 5/02, and 6/02)

· Metric is provided by Regulatory Affairs
· Metric will be reported quarterly with a one month lag
