One of five components of the ESH Index Metric – To ensure employee safety, compliance to laws, and provide an environment friendly work zone

% of Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) mandatory training completed compared to ESH training assigned

§  Includes:

·  All recorded mandatory ESH Training and training completed

§  Excludes:

·  Unrecorded mandatory ESH Training

Metric Creation

Metric Gathering Process

·  Metric is provided by Regulatory Affairs

·  Data point needed for metric – quarterly YTD training % complete

§  The % complete is then used for each month of the quarter (eg. 6/02 YTD is 45%, use 45% for 4/02, 5/02, and 6/02)

·  Metric is provided by Regulatory Affairs

·  Metric will be reported quarterly with a one month lag

·  Defined by Regulatory Affairs

·  Green – target is 25% each quarter – Q1 - 25%, Q2 - 50%, Q3 - 75%, Q4 - 100%

·  Yellow - < current quarter target, >= previous quarter target

·  Red - < previous quarter target
