TOUR TIMES: Daily tours are typically scheduled Monday-Friday at 10 am/2 pm or on select Saturdays at 10 am/12 pm. Our tours fill up, so we highly encourage you register prior to arriving on campus. CHECK-IN:Located in the Bauerle Road Garage, the UTSA Welcome Center serves as the starting point for your campus experience. Feel free to use the Google Map link that is provided as well as looking out for our Roadrunner Nation banners to help you navigate to our office.
PARKING:The UTSA Welcome Center is located exactly where you need to park. Bauerle Road Garage parking isNOT VALIDATEDandis $2.00 an hour.Bring your ticket with you once you exit your vehicle and payment will be due at one of our pay stations prior to your departure. If you have any issues with your ticket, parking attendants are located inside the garage down the breezeway from our office if you need further assistance.
TOUR TIPS:It is important to wear comfortable clothing/shoes. You will be walking majority of the campus and the tour lasts over an hour. We encourage guests to bring water, sunblock, or umbrellas depending upon weather conditions. Last but not least, be sure to ask lots of questions to your tour guide as well as our staff. This campus experience is really what you make of it so we urge guests to already have some questions in mind prior to the tour.
EXCUSE LETTER POLICY:The UTSA Welcome Centers will provide a visit letter as part of our visit policy. Our visit excuse letter is on official UTSA letterhead and will note the exact day and time of visit, along with contact information in case verification is required. The UTSA Welcome Centers will not sign any document that the student(s) present from their institution. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
