1.A FOOD VENDOR SELLS ONLY ITALIAN STYLE FOOD ITEMS. ITALIAN STYLE FOOD ITEM EXAMPLES ARE AS FOLLOWS: HOAGIES, PIZZA, SANDWICHES, PASTA, ETC.
2.THE FESTIVAL RETAINS THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SELL ALL BEVERAGES.
VENDORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING BEVERAGES OF ANY TYPE WITHOUT SPECIFIC WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE FESTIVAL.
3.THE FESTIVAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF EACH TYPE OF FOOD VENDOR.
THIS IS TO INSURE A DIVERSITY OF THE FOOD PRODUCTS SOLD AT THE FESTIVAL.

Electric hook-up will only be provided to those reserving it in advance.
Upon both parties’ signatures, the vendor agrees to the following:
* Vendors are required to submit a picture of the tent or trailer you will be using.
* Balance is due no later than July13 for space confirmation.
* No refunds will be given after July 13and must be requested in writing prior to that date.
* Signatures of both parties above are required for confirmation.
* The Festival cannot be held responsible for any loss due to theft or other causes.
* Vendor required to have Italian products available for purchase. (Food, prints, color scheme, etc.)
* Vendor required to decorate with an Italian theme. (Banners, flags, signs, lights.)
* Failure to comply will result in a null and void application.
* This is not a binding legal contract until both parties have reviewed and agreed upon the terms and both have affixed their signatures.

2018Italiano! Italian Festival Commemorative Flag
The 2018 Italiano! Italian Festival to Benefit Facing Hunger Food Bank will be held on Saturday, 18 August 2018. The festival is being held to celebrate the rich Italian-American heritage within our area, and the many contributions made to our great state.
Give your business and vendor sponsorship EXTRA publicity this festival by advertising your business and show your support in a lasting, meaningful way!
The flags will be displayed in downtown Huntington prior to the festival and during the event. As much as is possible, the flags will be displayed near your vendor spot at the festival. The flags, like the festival, grow in volume and are displayed each year.
The flags will have the Italian Festival logo with the proud colors of Italy. Each flag is 13 oz. vinyl, double sided print, with full color vinyl graphics and heat sealed pole pockets. Order yours today!
