Tournament Rules
All EVBC athletes are expected to be in the gym, ready to warm-up, at the scheduled arrival time. This usually means the athlete needs to arrive at the site 15 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time. Earlier isalways better. Proper conduct is expected for all members for the Club at all times. This includes athletes, coaches, parents, and fans. This also means treating fans from other teams, other parents, and officials with respect. Facility rules and regulations are to be obeyed at all times by athletes, spectators, and coaches.
Athletes and/or parents are expected to provide transportation for their athlete to and from tournament sites and practices. If Student/Athlete is unable to fulfil obligations to teammates [club tournament/practice/team function];
Student/Athlete Must;
- Email Club Director of dates and times of absences
- Email Coach of any and all conflicts
- CC parents of any and all conflicts
- TEXTING IS NEVER ACCEPTED! [SEE NO PHONES AT PRACTICE POLICY]
It is the Student/Athletes, not the parents, responsibility to inform their Club, Coaches, and Directors of any and all conflicts. EVBC supports and fosters the concepts of being responsible to Club, Team, Family and making good choices.
Parents are expected to treat the coaches with the utmost respect, if a parent has concerns he/she would like to address with the coach, please refer to the grievance procedure located on the website. Coaches have been instructed not to address concerns regarding playing time and other coaching decisions during a tournament setting, if you have concerns, please follow the grievance procedure. Athletes are not to leave the tournament site until excused by the coach.

Each coach will determine a procedure their team will follow for officiating assignments.
EVERY PLAYER IS REQUIRED TO STAY UNTIL EXCUSED BY THE COACH.
