2016-2017 PTC 50/50 RAFFLE WORK SCHEDULE

The White Lake PTC will be doing the 50/50 Raffle Fundraiser at the home athletic events throughout the year. If you have a child attending White Lake School, you are a PTC member.

Annie Johnson and Katie Mohnen will make sure the money bag is with the ticket takers at all home games. There should be a bucket, tickets and sign in the Junior class closet. Check with Katie for Football games.

Tickets are 1 for $1.00 or an arm’s length for $5.00. If anyone needs to write a check, please make the check payable to PTC.

The drawing should be held by the end of half-time of the football games, before the start of the varsity volleyball match and at the end of the 3rd quarter at basketball games.

Give the winner ½ of the money collected and put the other half in the money bag and give to Katie, Annie, Mr. Schroeder, or leave with the ticket takers.

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO WORK ON YOUR ASSIGNED DATE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND A REPLACEMENT OR SWITCH WITH SOMEONE FROM THE OTHER 6 FAMILIES ASSIGNED TO WORK THESE EVENTS. IF YOU CANNOT FIND A REPLACEMENT YOU NEED TO LET ANNIE OR KATIE KNOW.
