What is a CRM?

Customer relationship management (CRM) is a term that refers to a technology that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with both customersand potential customers.

About Our CRM,

Our CRM has been developed by using an Open Source framework by VTiger.
Open Source gives us the ability to add common plug-ins and applications that speak the same language i.e. phone systems, Email components, calendars, and others.

What is a “SIFI” Set it and forget it?

SIFI is a process of automated cards or letters that are scheduled to be electronically sent to prospects, contacts or both on a given date and time.

A list of SIFI options are available for you to choose when you sign-up for the CRM service. A list is available at www.myhelpdeskagnt.com/set-it-and-forget-it

Newly added SIFI campaigns have been added to the system.
Sep. Life Insurance Awareness Month, Oct-Dec. Medicare Open Enrollment Period, Nov. Long Term Care Awareness Month, Dec. A Gift Of A Lifetime. These campaigns will be sent out on your behalf.

How to customize your Dashboard?

Getting started and adding contacts.

? Should I enter my prospect as a Lead or as a Contact? This is often the first predicament that most users face when they begin using the CRM. You can avoid this issue by capturing all prospects as Contacts. We have enabled this by providinga Contact Type,Groups and Insurance Ownedfield to keep lists clean by filtering out regular leads.

NOTE: Leads module is still available, and can be used. Despite the issues mentioned above, if you have strong reasons to keep Leads in a different module, then it is available for your use.
