REPORT: Section 1 - Background Information and Problem / Three, well-written, thorough paragraphs explaining your topic. Should include any relevant background information and should use multiple sources. / Three paragraphs that explain your topic. Could have included more information and use more sources throughout your research. / Two paragraphs explaining background information about your topic. Should have included much more background information. / One brief paragraph of background information, lacks detail.
REPORT: Section 2 - Human Connection and Impact / Three, well-written paragraphs explaining how humans are connected to your topic and the positive and negative impacts humans could have on your problem and solution. / Three paragraphs that explain how humans are connected to your topic and the positive and negative impacts. However, could have included more information in this section. / Two paragraphs that explain how humans are connected to your topic. Does not give positive and negative impacts. Could have included much more information. / One brief paragraph explaining human connection. Lacks detail.
REPORT: Section 3 -
Solution (with model) / Three, well-written paragraphs thoroughly explaining your solution to your problem. Should also include a neat, drawn diagram model of your solution. / Three paragraphs explaining solution. Could have included more information and more detail in diagram. / Two paragraphs explaining solution, but lacks detail. Could also be missing diagram. / One brief paragraph about your solution. Lacks detail and may not include diagram.

Lacks some detail and organization. / Visual aid lacks organization and creativity, but includes all information about topic problem and solution. / Visual aid is messy, confusing, and unclear. It is missing information about topic problem and/or solution.
PRESENTATION: / Presentation is clear, concise, rehearsed, and organized. Every group member speaks and does not read information off of the visual aid. 3-5 minutes long. / Presentation is fairly clear, concise, but lacks practice and organization. Every group member speaks. 3-5 minutes long. / Presentation is somewhat clear, but lacks practice and organization. Every group member speaks.
