We Are Sending out Invitations to Several Georgia High Schools and Would Like You And

Dear Coach,

You are invited to participate in the 13th Annual North Cobb High School “Warrior Fastpitch Tournament”. The Georgia High School Association sanctions this varsity tournament. You will be guaranteed a total of five games. The 2011 dates will be Wednesday, September 14; Friday, September 16 and Saturday, September 17. We have been fortunate in the past years to have some the best teams from all over the state participate in our “Warrior Fastpitch Classic”. Please come join the fun and competition.

We are sending out invitations to several Georgia high schools and would like you and your team to come join the action. Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis; there will be spots for up to twenty-varsity teams. Please return the entry form to register your team. A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of the completed entry form and $300.00 tournament fee. The check should be made payable to “North Cobb Fastpitch Booster Club”. The tournament will be played atNCHS Softball Field,Acworth Sports Complex andKennworthPark. All fields are well maintained and very close to NCHS. MVP, All-Tournament Team and Pool Division Champion awards will be presented.

The entry deadline for the 13th Annual North Cobb Warrior Fastpitch Tournament is June 1, 2011 or when the tournament has been filled with 20 teams. Please mail in the attached registration form with you entry fee. Also, call me as soon as possible with a verbal commitment and fax/email the registration form. A tentative tournament schedule will be sent out during July. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me or my booster club president, Sandy Pilgrim.

NorthCobbHigh School and the North Cobb Fastpitch Program are not responsible for cancellations or modifications to tournament games due to inclimate weather or occurrences beyond our control. Every effort will be made to reschedule tournament games in case of rainout. No entry fees will be refunded due to expenses incurred in setting up a tournament this size, unless a re-scheduled tournament can not be held. If we can not offer modified formats, a portion of your entry fee will be refunded.
