OKTE, a.s., announces that from 01.07.2013 is introducing preliminary daily (synchronous) registration of schedules for several days ahead and Intraday registration of schedules for each trading hour. In preparation for introduction of the changes in XMtrade®/ISZO, OKTE, a.s. organises Trial days at 25.-26.6.2013, during which you will be able to test production-like version of XMtrade®/ISZO system.
The aim of Trial days is to show clearing parties new functionalities of daily and Intraday registration of schedules.
Trial days will be conducted in XMtrade®/ISZO test enviroment. Clearing parties will be able to log into the portal at www.test.iszo.sk.
Confirmation of participation on Trial days.
Participation in trieal days must be confirmed by e-mail until 24.6.2013 09:00 sent to e-mail address with copy to the address . E-mail should include following information:
· name of the subject of settlement,
· names of the users which will log into XMtrade®/ISZO test enviroment
· e-mail and phone number of the person responsible for possible troubleshooting

Uploading of daily schedules several days ahead
Clearing parties will be able to upload schedules more days in advance but within given time period. Daily schedules sent for the period for which schedule reception is not open, will be rejected. Schedule reception in XMtrade®/ISZO will be opened no later than 20. day of the month for the entire next month. Daily schedules uploaded into XMtrade®/ISZO for more days in advance will be pre-checked for current state of the financial guarantee for particular trading day already upon upload of the Schedule. In case of insufficient ammount of available financial guarantee system XMtrade®/ISZO, uploaded schedule will not be rejected, ACK message will be sent with notification.
Final check of preliminary uploaded schedule for current state of financial guarantee will take place at D-1 at 09:00. In case of insufficient financial guarantee XMtrade®/ISZO will reject uploaded schedule. Clearing party can consequently re-upload daily schedule up until the deadline for daily registration of schedules, provided financial guarantee was sufficienly increased.
Upload of just intenal daily schedules within hourly intraday registration.
Intraday registration of schedules takes place during the business day for which the daily schedules are registered separately for each trading hour. Deadline for upload of Intraday schedules is 30 minutes before realization of collection and delivery. Approving of changes within Intraday registration takes palce 15 minutes before realization of collection and delivery. Final Intraday registration deadline for whole trading day will take place after the approval of the last trading hour.
Clearing parties (withing Intraday nomination) will not need to enter entire bussiness position in the daily registration, but they upload only internal time series. External time series, confirmed intraday changes in the external time series or series of transactions concluded on the Short-term cross-border electricity market are not nominated by clearing parties any more.
