Ø ONE ROBBER INVOLVED IN ATTEMPT TO MURDER/ROBBERY CASE OF RS 2.90 LACS OF P.S. AMAN VIHAR ARRESTED.
Ø ONE COUNTRY MADE PISTOL .32 BORE WITH TWO LIVE CARTRIDGES & ONE STOLEN MOTORCYCLE RECOVERED.
INTRODUCTION:-
With the arrest of an accused namely Vikas (age 21 yrs) s/o Mam Chand r/o Village Rani Kheda, P.S. Kanjhawala, Delhi-81, Anti-Snatching Cell of Crime Branch has solved a case of attempt to murder/robbery of P.S. Aman Vihar, Delhi registered vide FIR No. 620/14 dated 16.06.14 u/s 394/397/307/34 IPC & 27 Arms Act and recovered one country made pistol with two live cartridges & one stolen motorcycle of P.S. Aman Vihar recovered.
INFORMATION, OPERATION AND TEAM:-
An information was received in Anti Snatching Cell, Crime Branch that a person namely Vikas, who is wanted in an attempt to murder/robbery case of P.S. Aman Vihar, Delhi would come near gate No.2 in front of Swarn Jayanti Park (Japani Park), Sec-11, Rohini for meeting with someone.
On this, a team consisting of Inspr. Anand Singh, SI Vijender Nagar, ASI Jagdish Prasad, HCs Shiv Kumar, Parma Ram, Cts Jagparvesh & Praveen under the close supervision of ACP Ram Mehar Singh and overall guidance of DCP Dinesh Kumar Gupta was constituted to further develop this information.
On 06.07.14, HC Shiv Kumar received specific information about the whereabouts of the accused Vikas. On the instance of the informer, a raid was conducted and accused was apprehended near gate No.2 in front of Swarn Jayanti Park (Japani Park), Sec-11, Rohini. On his personal search, one .32 bore pistol with two live cartridges were recovered from his possession.
A case has also been registered vide FIR No.74/14 u/s 25 Arms Act, P.S. Crime Branch against the accused person.
MODUS OPERANDI:-
On sustained interrogation, he disclosed that his friend Rishi, who is a shoe maker, provided information about the victim that he carries huge amounts on his motorcycle. On 16.06.14 he alongwith his associate namely Rahul, intercepted the victim (Prince) on Nithari Road, while he was going on a motorcycle through and robbed him of Rs 2.90 lacs. Prince is running a factory at Nithari, where upper parts of shoes are being prepared. Prince owed rupees one lac to Rishi. On that day, Prince was carrying the money for distributing the salary to his factory workers. After committing the crime Vikas alongwith Rahul fled away from the spot to Bahadurgarh. They left the motorcycle used in the commission of crime at Railway Station Bahadurgarh, which was recovered by the GRP Bahadurgarh on 24.06.14. The motorcycle has been found to be stolen from PS Aman Vihar. He had procured the pistol through one Khan r/o Mir Vihar, Delhi from Aligarh, U.P. Efforts are being made to arrest co-accused Rahul also.
RECOVERY
1. One country made pistol .32 Bore.
2. Two live cartridges.
3. Motorcycle stolen from P.S.Aman Vihar.
PROFILE :-
Accused Vikas studied upto 12th class. He lived alongwith his parents at his village. He is unemployed. He used to work as property dealer on commission basis.

Two teams of Crime Branch led by Insp. Sunil Kumar and Insp. P.C.Yadav and consisting of SIs Sanjiv Yadav, Aash Mohd, Ravinder Teotia, HCs Dinesh, Santraj ,Rakesh Tomar, Aslup Khan, Cts Salimuddin Rakesh Sharma, Udai, Kusum Pal, Udai, Surrender, Pawan, Jai Parkash, Anil, Mohit, Jitender and Pardeep, under the close supervision of ACP KPS Malhotra and DCP Bhisham Singh has succeeded in arresting four criminals from Mewat region, wanted in a case of robbery–cum-murder of a youth in the area of PS Pul Prahlad Pur. These accused along with their associates were involved in cases of cattle theft in Delhi and NCR. A cash reward of Rs. 50,000/- was declared on the arrest of Khubbi s/o Karimuddin, who was the gang leader and Rs. 25,000/- each was declared on the arrest of accused Md. Shanu @ Shan Md. s/o Sher Mohd, Azad @ Ruddal s/o Bashir and Jamsheed s/o Sher Md.
On 07/07/2014, on the basis of specific information a team led by Inspr. P C Yadav apprehended accused Khubbi (Age 25 Yrs.) s/o Karimuddin @ Choncha r/o Vill.Dhauj Distt-Faridabad (HR) from Pali Gaon Patrol Pump, Faridabad, Haryana. He was carrying a cash reward of Rs.50,000/- on his arrest.
On the same day, a team led by Insp. Sunil Kumar apprehended accused Md. Shanu @ Shan Md. @ Shanu (Age 24 Years ) s/o Sher Md., r/o Village Tikari Khera, Sector -55, Faridabad, Haryana, Azad @ Ruddal (Age -28 Years) s/o Bashir, r/o Village Tikari Khera, Sector -55, Faridabad, Haryana and 3) Jamsheed (Age -30 Years) s/o Sher Md. @ Pattha, r/o Village Tikari Khera, Sector -55, Faridabad, Haryana.
INCIDENT:
On the night of 23.02.14, Krishan r/o Lal Kuan, Pul Prahlad Pur, Delhi was sleeping in his house, at about 10.45 PM he noticed that 2-3 persons were trying to forcibly load the cows in Tata 407. Sensing the foul play, he raised the alarm. On this Ravi (cousin of Krishan) also challenged the criminals in Tata 407. One of the miscreant in Tata 407 got down and shot at Ravi due to which he sustained bullet injury which proved fatal.
When Krishan along with local residents tried to chase the miscreants in Tata 407, inmates of Tata 407 fired upon them and managed to escape from the spot. A case FIR No 80/14 u/s 302/307/393/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act was registered at Ps Pul Prahlad Pur, Delhi.
PROFILE :-
Accused persons were subjected to intensive interrogation. It was revealed that they were active criminals of Mewati region and were involved in theft of cattle as well as other crime inDelhiand NCR region. For the purpose of committing crime, they use specially modified vehicles, preferably Tata 407/Pick Up.
1) Accused Khubbi is a dreaded criminal. He was born in Village Dhauj, Faridabad, in a poor family. He never went to school because of his family conditions. He started working from his early childhood with his father. In order to get easy money, he resorted to crime and joined the gang of Javed & Hammas. He began to steal cattle from Delhi, NCR and Faridabad with his associates. He has never been arrested before.
2) Shan Mohd was born in Village Tikri Khera, he could not complete his primary education and left studies and started assisting his father. He was earlier arrested by Delhi Police in case of MV theft and Arms Act. He along with his other brothers and family members are engaged in cow slaughtering.
3) Jamsheed is illiterate and has long criminal history. He was earlier arrested by Delhi and Haryana Police in case of attempt to murder, theft etc. He is real brother of accused Shan Mohd. He has got proficiency in driving as such his skills were used by this gang while escaping.
4) Azad @ Ruddal was born in village Tikri Khera,Distt. Faridabad,Haryana. His father was labour. He could not complete his primary education and started working as labour in the fields. He was earlier arrested by Haryana police in assault case.
Local police have been informed about their arrest. Further efforts are being made to arrest the other absconding criminals of this gang.

TWO GANGS OF AUTO-LIFTERS BUSTED BY THE STAFF OF PS KOTWALI
Four active auto lifters namely 1) Mohd. Kamar @ Hunny s/o Mohd. Umar R/o A- Block, Gali No. 8, Part-I, Mukundpur, Delhi 2) Shivendra Pandey @ Pandit S/O Shri Niwas R/O H. No. 2, Gali No. 1, Radha Vihar, Mukundpur, Delhi 3) Rahat Ali s/o Riyaz Ali R/O G-757, Ist Floor, Nyay Khand, Indirapuram,Ghazziabad U.P. and 4) Sajid s/o Nizamuddin r/o Gali No. 3, Khoda Colony, Ghaziabad, UP were apprehended by the police officials of PS Kotwali, Distt. North, Delhi and three stolen M/Cycles were recovered from their possession.
INCIDENT AND TEAM
On 07/07/2014, SI Vishan Kumar, HC Mahesh No. 63/N, Ct. Gaurav Tomar No. 1301/N were on patrolling duty and during patrolling they suspected two persons on a M/Cycle No. DL 6S AC 9862 (Bajaj XCD). The Police officials intercepted the M/Cycle and asked for them for the documents of Motorcycle but they were unable to produce the same. On making verification through Police Control Room it revealed that the above said M/Cycle was stolen from PS Sabzi Mandi, Delhi vide FIR No. 318/14 u/s 379 IPC. On further interrogation both the accused were identified as Mohd. Kamar @ Hunny s/o Mohd. Umar, r/o A Block, Gali No. 8, Part-I, Mukundpur, Delhi and Shivendra Pandey @ Pandit s/o Shri Niwas r/o H. No. 2, Gali No. 1, Radha Vihar, Mukundpur, Delhi. Both were arrested and on their instance one more M/Cycle No. DL7S AE 9225 (Hero Honda Splender) was also recovered which was stolen vide FIR No. 394/14 u/s 379 IPC PS Ashok Vihar. They further confessed that they have stolen one more M/Cycle (Bajaj Platina) from the area of PS Ashok Vihar and handed it to one junk/scrap dealer (Kabari) in the area of Burari and can get it recovered.
Earlier a day before, in another incident, HC Pawan No. 1476/N, Ct. Ravinder No. 1233/N and Ct. Chanderkant No. 2399/N have apprehended two persons namely Rahat Ali s/o Riyaz Ali r/o G-7/57, Ist Floor, Nyay Khand, Indirapuram, Delhi and Sajid s/o Nizamuddin r/o Gali No. 3, Khoda Colony, Ghaziabad, UP on a M/Cycle No. HR 10 H 4471 which was found to be stolen vide FIR No. 178/14, u/s 379 IPC, PS Sonepat, Haryana.
INTERROGATION
During the interrogation, Mohd. Kamar @ Hunny, Shivendra Pandey @ Pandit stated that they are in the habit of gambling and liquor. In order to fulfill their lust they are committing MV Theft and also commit the incidents of snatching.
During the interrogation, Rahat Ali and Sajid stated that they were doing the work of casual labour. As they wanted to earn more money, they started committing MV Theft from Delhi / NCR area.
RECOVERY
1. M/Cycle No. DL 7S AE 9225 (Hero Honda slender) Stolen vide FIR No. 394/14, 05/07/14, u/s 379 IPC PS Ashok Vihar, Delhi.
2. M/Cycle No. DL 6S AC 9862 ( Bajaj XCD) stolen vide FIR No. 318/14, 05/07/2014, u/s 379 IPC, PS Subzi Mandi, Delhi.
3. M/Cycle No. HR 10 H 4471 ( Hero Honda Passion ) stolen vide FIR No. 178/14, dt. 10/05/14 u/s 379 IPC, PS Sonepat, Haryana.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED
1. Accused Mohd. Kamar @ Hunny s/o Mohd. Umar r/o A Block, Gali No. 8, Part I, Mukundpur, Delhi age 31 years is permanent resident of Village Bamariya, PS Wazirganj, Distt. Gonda, UP. He is illiterate and is found to be previously involved in Case FIR No. 53/2007 u/s 324/326/34 IPC, PS Swaroop Nagar, Delhi. He was convicted in this case.
2. Accused Shivendra Pandey @ Pandit s/o Shri Niwas r/o H. No. 2, Gali No. 1, Radha Vihar, Mukundpur, Delhi, age 24 years, is a permanent resident of village Atra Kalan, PS Raghunath Ganj, Distt. Rewa, MP. He studied up to 5thclass and is found to be previously involved in Case FIR No. 102/11 u/s 307 IPC, PS Ashok Vihar, Delhi. He was granted bail from Delhi High Court.
3. Accused Rahat Ali s/o Riyaz Ali r/o G-7/57, Ist Floor, Nyay Khand, Indirapuram, Delhi age 22 years. He studied up to 8thclass and doing the labour work of AC.
4. Sajid s/o Nizamuddin r/o Gali No. 3, Khoda Colony, Ghaziabad, UP age 21 years. He is illiterate and doing the labour work of AC.

Two Active criminals ofZAHARKHURANI GANGnamely 1) Mohd. Shabir S/o Mohd Yunus R/o E-2140, J.J. Colony, Bawana, Delhi. 2) Maeem S/o Mohd. Nathni Miyan R/o E-1876, J.J.Colony, Bawana, Delhi, were arrested in case FIR No. 522/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S 328/379/411/34 IPC PS Kotwali Delhi by the police officials of P.S Kotwali, Distt. North, Delhi and one stolen bag containing Rs 1700, Nokia mobile phone, purse, photo and cloths of complainant were recovered from their possession.
INCIDENT AND TEAM
On 07/07/2014, ASI Yogender Singh, Ct. Anuj 2850/N and Ct Sachin 840/N apprehended two criminals during patrolling at HC Sen road, near wine shop, Chandni Chowk, Delhi and during interrogation, it has revealed that both the criminals namely 1) Mohd. Shabir S/o Mohd Yunus R/o E-2140, J.J. Colony, Bawana, Delhi. 2) Maeem S/o Mohd. Nathni Miyan R/o E-1876, J.J. Colony, Bawana, Delhi, are member ofZAHARKHURANI GANGSwho had come to rob the passengers near Old Delhi Railway Station area. A Case FIR No. 522/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S 328/379/411/34 IPC PS Kotwali Delhi has been registered and both the accused have been arrested.
INTERROGATION
During the interrogation, Mohd Shabir and Maeem disclosed that earlier they were residing in J.J cluster, Yamuna Pusta and now they are in J.J cluster, Bawana and they came to Old Delhi Railway Station with the intention to commit crime through drugging and they were present at Old Delhi Railway Station in search of prey. In the mean time, one person was coming out from the exit gate of the Railway station and accused Mohd. Shabir persuaded him to get the train for Gorakhpur from New Delhi Railway Station and got him ready to go by cycle rickshaw of his associate Mohd. Maeem. Reaching HC Sen Road, near wine shop, according to their plan, accused Maeem pretended for hunger and went to take something to eat. He came back with a biscuit pack and pretended eating the biscuits and also offered two biscuits to the victim as well as his associate Mohd. Shabir. The victim ate the biscuit and started feeling unconsciousness right after eating them. Mohd. Shabir stole his bag containing Rs 1700, Nokia mobile phone, purse, photo and cloths and tried to escape. Meanwhile, the Police team reached there and apprehended the accused person.
RECOVERY
1. One stolen bag containing Rs 1700, Nokia mobile phone, purse, photo and cloths.
2. One cycle rickshaw.
