NRHHexpects that:

All requests for NRHH funding must follow the procedures outlined on the Request for Fundspacket.

The funds must be used for activities that uphold the pillars of the National Residence Hall Honorary. Inappropriate requests for funds include requests for donations, requests for money that is used in an inappropriate way (i.e.: donations, activities against university policies or state and federal law), or to reimburse the organization after the event has taken place.

Money that is left over from an event or not used as outlined in the original request for funds that was filled out must be returned to the National Residence Hall Honorary with your Request for Funds Follow-up Form.

GUIDELINES FOR REQUESTING FUNDS

  1. Type the Request for Funds Formfrom the email that you received. All lines must be filled out.
  1. 3 weeks prior to the event - Send a copy of the Request for Funds Form to the NRHH email address .
  1. 3 weeks prior to the event –send an email to Ben Boeselager at o confirm official request and inquire about next NRHH meeting (NRHH meetings are held on Sunday afternoons at 4:00 PM.)
  1. 2 weeks prior to the event – Attend NRHH meeting and answer last minute questions about the event.
  1. During the event the NRHH banner must be displayed or the group will have to return half of the amount they received from NRHH.
  1. 1 week AFTER the event – file a copy of the Request for Funds Follow up Form with the NRHH Treasurer. If this form is not turned in, your group will lose their voting privileges and the ability to reapply for funds until this form is turned in.

CHECKING OUT:

  1. Contact a member of the NRHH Executive Board.

DURING THE EVENT:

  1. Displayed if you received money from NRHH.
  2. If the banner is not displayed you will have to return half of the amount that NRHH gave to your event.

BEFORE RETURNING TO NRHH:

  1. Clean with damp wash cloth.
  2. Roll banner with letter facing outward.

CHECKING IN:

  1. Contact member of NRHH Executive Board.
  2. If damaged pay cost of banner.**

**The cost of the banner what ever the price is to have a new banner created as it is not able to be repaired.
