Actual salary range: £22,551 - £31,998 per annum

(FTE salary range for 37 hours/week, 52 weeks/year would be £26,293 – 37,307 pa)

St Joseph’s is a specialist, non-maintained, school providing day and residential places for students (5-19) whose special educational needs include autistic spectrum disorders, complex learning difficulties, language and communication disorders and associated challenging behaviour.

We are seeking an experienced RGN to lead a small team of health care assistants in delivering outstanding care and support to learners who have ASD, Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and other complex health needs.

Working in a rewarding but intensive environment you,together with your team,willassist the Care, Education andTherapiesdepartmentswithin the Schoolinsupportingthe learners inall aspects of thehealthcare. You will also have dealings with external agencies.

Hours of work are 37 per week during term time only (plus In-Service Training days): 8:00am – 4:00pm on Mondayto Thursday, 8:00am – 3:30pm on Friday (with ½ hour unpaid break each day).

Own transport essential due to rural location of School.
