MicroStrategy is expanding its global engineering presence, by establishing a Technology Center in Warsaw, Poland.We are looking for talented individuals to fill a variety of roles within our Technology team to support our Enterprise Assets and SDK teams.
The role:
As an Associate Software Engineer in Test, you will play an integral role in MicroStrategy’s software engineering organization, helping build the next generation of the MicroStrategy business intelligence and analytics platform. You’ll partner with Software Engineers in an agile software development environment to deliver powerful solutions for our customers and own the quality assurance of a world-class software platform. In this role, you will concentrate on specific areas of software development and testing including:
Your focus:
Product Quality Engineering:
Develop and test new features across the MicroStrategy platform, from our newest iPhone and iPad products to our best-in-class SQL engine.
Performance and Reliability Engineering:
Develop and implement large-scale tests to ensure that MicroStrategy products continue to lead the industry in scalability by supporting hundreds of thousands of users with sub-5-second response times and uptimes close to 100%.
Automation Engineering:
Develop and maintain agile test lifecycle including test automation, continuous integration workflows and results analysis to test common user workflows and core product functionality with each build.
Qualifications
You should bring the following skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Engineering, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Process-oriented and ability to pay close attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills
