YOUR MARKETING CAMPAIGN: September 1, 2014 to July 1, 2015

The JLL’s Fund Development Council Assistant Vice President will serve as your Cornerstone Sponsorship Liaison, and will personally collaborate with you to design a marketing campaign so you benefit from your organization’s partnership with the League. You will receive access to our full membership (approx. 400 total), valuable public relations opportunities via our current projects, and the highest name recognition and visibility at our events:

  • Headlining recognition on Cornerstone Sponsor display(s), plus your marketing materials at all JLL events. Events include the following, with approximate attendance indicated: 8 General Membership Meetings (80 memberseach), 4 Fund Development events/fundraisers (20-50 attendees each), 6 “Kids in the Kitchen” programs at Lancaster City Schools, and booth displays at 6 public sporting or community events (attendance varies per event size), the November Author’s Luncheon (300-600), the March “Run4Luck” 4-mile run/walk (700-900 participants), the April “Girls in Business” Competition Finals (50),and the May Annual Dinner membership event (75-100).
  • Premium placement of your organization’s logo on the JLL ( homepage, linking to your company website;
  • Premium placement of your organization’s logo on the weekly JLL E-blast to full membership (circulation 400);
  • Premium placement for your organization as a sponsor and printed program advertiser at the November 14, 2014 Author’s Luncheon, 2 complimentary luncheon tickets with preferred seating, and the opportunity to set up and staff a display booth at the event (300-600 attendees);
  • Premium placement of your organization’s logo on the March 2015St. Patrick’s Day-themed “Run4Luck” t-shirt and printed registration form, your promotional materials included in runners’s take-home bags, 2 complimentary entries in the race, and the opportunity to set up and staff a display booth at the event (700-900 participants);

  • Premium placement of your organization’s logo on event signage and program materials at the “Girls in Business” Final Competition Round on April 11, 2015 (open to the public);
  • 2 complimentary tickets to attend the February 2015 “Fabulous Shoe Night” event benefiting the JLL
  • 5 separate “Cornerstone Spotlight” articles about your organization featured in the weekly JLL E-blast to full membership, with matching JLL Public Facebook Page and JLL Members-only Facebook Page posts;
  • 1 custom E-blast per month to full membership about your organization (circulation 400);
  • Your logo and website listed in the Sustainer Connection newsletter, 3 times annually (circulation 300);
  • Special “thank-you” recognition and your logo in our Annual Report which will be mailed to all members and sponsors, and distributed to community organizations and partners during summer 2015 (circulation 450);
  • 1 guest-speaker appearance at 1 General Membership Meeting (80 attendees);
  • Display of your organization’s promotional materials at 8 General Membership (80 attendees each);
  • Opportunity to develop a custom event or program for JLL membership to promote awareness of your organization and the services it provides. (e.g. Host an open house for JLL members and their families/friends at your organization’s office or headquarters, featuring informal tours or info-sessions, promotional give-aways or demonstrations, etc. The custom event could be at the sponsor’s location of choice, or via a JLL event where feasible.)
