7th Grade Trip to Museum of Natural History and Hayden Planetarium

The Washingtonville Middle School PTO Inc. will be sponsoring a trip for the 7th grade
students to the Museum of Natural History and the Hayden Planetarium in Manhattan on
Wednesday, March 15, 2017. There is NO SCHOOL for all Washingtonville students on March 15th.
The students will need to provide their own transportation to and from school.
Students should arrive at school for 7:30am.
Buses will leave the Middle School at 8:00am and return to the Middle School at approximately 5:00pm. They will be traveling in charter buses from West Point Tours.
The cost of the trip will be $35 per person (student and/or chaperone) which includes the charter bus to and from the museum, entrance into the museum and planetarium, and a show (Journey to the Stars) in the Museum’s Rose Center for Earth and Space.
Have your child bring their own brown bag lunch which will be eaten in a pre-reserved lunchroom while at the museum. Food will not be available for purchase. Please make sure your child wears comfortable shoes.
