1.1. Our Profile

Our company, Ayisire Consulting Limited, is a multi-disciplinary firm engaged in development consulting, institutional and market research, program and business advisory services. We combine global knowledge of technology, economy and people with local familiarity to offer competitive consultancy services to public and private sector organisations. We are a process driven consulting firm that is positioned to becoming a key player within the consulting industry. We hold, observe and value the sanctity of professionalism and work ethics over and above the material returns on the services we provide. While we are proud that we have contributed significantly to processes that have eventually fed major policy decisions within the telecommunications sector in particular, our wealth of experience also spans other critical sectors of the economy. Corporate governance within the organization is provided by a Board of Directors consisting of the persons mentioned below. Its day to day management is however led by its Managing Director and supported by other key management staff as shown in its organogram below.

Some of the key units we operate include the Special Projects Unit, Technology (Tech) Unit and Fieldwork/Quality Control Unit. The Special Projects Unit is responsible for the development/implementation of consulting-related projects, response to special EOIs and RFPs, research, development and preparation of annual ESOMAR conference papers’, and maintenance of database of service providers/consultants. The Tech Unit is responsible for providing field teams with technical support, website development and management, website/email box management and administration. The Fieldwork/QC Unit is responsible for fieldwork design and QC management/oversight, field-staff recruitment and management, as well as project briefings.

Ayisire Consulting Limited has a pool of skilled permanent and contract staff committed to ensuring the success of this assignment. For example, we have contract workers who we can mobilize at short notice and with whom an indemnity contract exists. 2.1 Wilfred Ayisire (Industrial/Market Research Specialist)

Wilfred is a mathematics/statistics graduate with over 21 years post qualification experience in various sub-sectors spanning research, education, information technology and development consulting. Within this period, he has acquired valuable and deployable skills in human resource capacity-building, project conceptualization, planning and implementation. In addition to these, he is well exposed and skilled in logical framework design, industrial and market research, project monitoring and evaluation, commodity chain development and inclusive programming systems. He is highly computer literate and has advanced working skills in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and pro-poor development (inclusive programming) initiatives. He is a member of the Nigeria Market Research Association (NIMRA) and is the Managing Director of the firm.
