NSW Premier’s Teacher Scholarships
The NSW Premier’s Teacher Scholarships were introduced in 1999. In their first year five American History Scholarships were offered. In 2016, thanks to the generous support of our corporate partners, 21 scholarships across 14 program areas are offered to all teachers in NSW government and non-government schools and TAFE NSW Institutes. The scholarships are designed to enhance and enrich the learning experiences of students in the classroom whilst presenting a unique opportunity for teachers to develop skills and knowledge in their chosen field of expertise. Since 1999, over 400 teachers across NSW have received NSW Premier’s Teacher Scholarships.
