Participant’s Agreement

The undersigned agree, as a condition of participation in any activity arising out of or related to the TMRA Jr. Rodeo Assn., The Tehachapi Event Center & Rodeo Grounds, and, any and all persons involved with the rodeos (including but not limited to the stock contractors, those donating stock, the Board of Directors, rodeo sponsors, participants, and all others associated with the rodeo or property) from all liability. Knowing the risk of rodeo, I/We realize the assumption of risk to/on entering the TMRA Jr. Rodeo’s and the Tehachapi Event Center & Rodeo Grounds. I/We hereby release the local hospital, EMT’S and any other qualified individuals administering first aid from any and all liability of injury, including transportation to medical facility. I/We also give permission to the ambulance attendants, and the doctors on duty at the nearest hospital available, and all other hospital personnel to administer medical treatment to myself or my son/daughter for any injuries I/We incur while participating or attending the rodeo’s during the 2017 season.
