The State Aid payments for Match-NSL, SSBA-School Breakfast, EN and WMMP; based on programs that you participated in during the 2014-15 school year, have been processed. The EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) effective date is 03/09/15 for these four annual payments and are recorded on the Private Aids Register
Match-NSL: This payment should be deposited in your School Food Service account and reported to us at the end of the 2014-15 school year as “All Other Fund 50 Revenue” under the NSL column of your annual food service financial report. The state payment is the product of the number of student lunches served by your school during the 2013-14 school year, multiplied by the computed per meal matching rate. This year, the statewide average payment per meal is $0.04691128. Statutory authority for this state matching aid can be found under s. 115.34(2).
SSBA: This payment should be deposited into your School Food Service account and reported to us at the end of the 2014-15 school year as “All Other Fund 50 Revenue”under the SB column of your annual food service financial report. Due to increased participation in the school breakfast programs, there was still a need to prorate this year’s payments. The amount you received was determined by multiplying 8.875 cents (instead of 15 cents) by the total number of student school breakfasts your district claimed for reimbursement during the 2013-14 school year. Statutory authority for this state matching aid can be found under s. 115.341.
EN: This payment should be deposited into your School Food Service account and should be reported to us at the end of the 2014-15 school year as “All Other Fund 50 Revenue” under the A LA CARTE, WMMP, EN, SMP column of your annual food service financial report. This state aid payment is made on the basis of your EN claim submitted for the 2013-14 school year. Statutory authority for this state aid payment can be found under s. 115.345 and provides for a payment rate of 15% of your reported per meal cost, or 50 cents per meal, whichever is lower. There was no need to prorate this year’s payment.

This state aid payment is made on the basis of your WMMP claim submitted for the 2013-14 school year. Due to the decreased allocation, it was necessary to again prorate this year’s payment. Your prorated payment is determined by multiplying 0.39013768byyour submitted claim. Statutory authority for this state aid payment can be found unders. 115.343.
