Any entrant withdrawing from a trial may forfeit the full entry fee, if his or her place is not taken up by another competitor, except (1) Where the applicant has qualified out of Novice Stakes (where applicable) or (2) where the dog drawn to run has qualified for the Championship after entries have closed, or (3)on production of a Veterinary Certificate confirming that the dog entered for the stake is unfit to compete, or (4) On production of a Medical Certificate that the applicant or the applicant’s nominated handler is unable to compete. (Regulation J7.f)
The meet is at 8.30 am for a 9.00 am start at Edensor Village DE45 or the Chatsworth Estate Office DE45 1PJ. These venues are only 50 yards or so apart.

Number 4 has drawn a run in both stakes.
IF YOU HAVE DRAWN A RUN IN BOTH THE HOGHTON TOWER AND CHATSWORTH NOVICE STAKES, PLEASE ADVISE THE SECRETARY OF YOUR PREFERRED RUN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE SEVEN DAY RULE WILL BE INVOKED IF APPROPRIATE.
