2017 Winter Sports Retreat

Dear Skiers and Guides:

The 29th annual ACB Ohio Winter Sports Retreat will be held Friday, January 13th through Monday, January 16th, 2017 Martin Luther King Holiday weekend, at Pundersun State park near Cleveland. This is an adult only weekend. There are multiple pricing options. Single is $530, double is $350, and triple is $290. The cost is $350 for double occupancy, which includes three nights lodging at Pundersun State park six delicious meals and, many other activities that do not require cash; such as euchre, board games, sledding and hiking. The cost does not include ski rental. If you plan to cross country ski, and you need to rent ski equipment, please make sure to state your height and shoe size on the enclosed application.

If you would like to participate in the 2017 Winter Sports Retreat, please complete the enclosed application and return it with a $100 deposit by December 9th, 2016 to ACB-O WSR, c/o Chris Schumacher 114 Harter Ave., Springdale, OH 45246. The remaining balance can be sent later, if you wish, but will be collected at Pundersun on Friday night. Please make checks payable to ACB-O. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. We do our best to arrange transportation for all participants but if we are unable to arrange transportation then your deposit will be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: Based on the cancellation clause in the contract ACB Ohio has with Pundersun, we cannot refund any money for cancellations received after December 23th, 2016. We are anticipating that stipends will be available again this year for guides and skiers who may need financial assistance. Stipends will be made available on a first come, first serve basis. So please get your application in as soon as possible. Hope to see you there!
