A regular meeting of the Breckenridge Village Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by President Seeley at the Breckenridge Wheeler Area Fire Hall. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Roll Call was taken by Clerk Suhr

Councilpersons Present: Chapin, Clapp, Matthews, Schaub, Sterling, Zimmerman, Seeley.

Councilpersons Absent:None

Staff Present: Manager Ostrander, Clerk Suhr, Chief Durham

-Motion by Councilperson Zimmerman, and seconded by Councilperson Chapinto approve the agenda. CARRIED.

-Motion by Councilperson Clapp, and seconded by CouncilpersonSterling to approve the consent agenda. Roll Call Vote: Yeas: Chapin, Clapp, Matthews, Schaub, Sterling, Zimmerman, Seeley. Nays: None CARRIED.

OLD BUSINESS - N/A

NEW BUSINESS

-Motioned by Councilperson Schaub, seconded by Councilperson Matthews to approve the SAW Grant Payment Application in the amount of $19,447.71.CARRIED.

-Motioned by Councilperson Sterling, seconded by Councilperson Zimmerman toapprove the2015 Water Project payment to Malley Construction in the amount of $180,161.88. Roll Call Vote: Yeas: Clapp, Matthews, Schaub, Sterling, Zimmerman, Chapin,Seeley. Nays: None CARRIED.

-Motioned by Councilperson Chapin, seconded by Councilperson Matthews to approve the 2015 Water Project payment to Fleis and Vandenbrink Engineering in the amount of $20,711.44. Roll Call Vote: Yeas: Matthews, Schaub, Sterling, Zimmerman, Chapin, Clapp, Seeley. Nays: None CARRIED.

-Motioned by Councilperson Clapp, seconded by Councilperson Matthews to approve the construction of Lift Station #5 on Spruce Street to be paid for using Sewer Reserve Funds.Roll Call Vote: Yeas: Schaub, Sterling, Zimmerman, Chapin, Clapp, Matthews, Seeley. Nays: None CARRIED.

-Motioned by Councilperson Clapp, seconded by Councilperson Chapin to approval the Michigan Municipal League Liability Insurance Renewal in the amount of $17,470.00.Roll Call Vote: Yeas: Sterling, Zimmerman, Chapin, Clapp, Matthews, Schaub,Seeley. Nays: None CARRIED.

-Player Piano restoration reveal Sept 2 at 6pm at the Drake House.

-Homecoming/Fall Festival will be October 9-11th.
