INTRODUCTION

Kenya School of Credit Management is an Institution of its own kind in Kenya. We train people in the latest tools to manage CREDIT AND CONVERSION OF THE SAMEINTO MONEY. We are registered with the Ministry of Education and Directorate of Industrial Training.

We undertake an internal certification program at the School where we provide reading materials and internal continuous assessment tests. The School awards a certificate after completion of the course and passing the examinations. This option can be administered online.

INTERNAL ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

This course is for those people who would not wish to physically come to class but would like to sharpen their knowledge and skills in credit management.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

A person seeking to be registered as a student for the INTERNALassessment and certification examination must show evidence of being a holder of one of the following minimum qualifications/conditions

a)Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE)

Examination with an aggregate average of grades C-minus

b)Any other qualification higher than the above

c)Working experience in the credit department for ONE year

3.Lawyers who would wish to move with the demands in the society.

4.Officers dealing with Credit or Debt Management

5.Credit Control Officers, Credit Controllers, and Finance Managers/Officers

6.Loan/Credit Officers/Managers in Financial Institutions

7.Loan/Credit Officers/Managers in Micro-finance Institutions

8.Staff working for Credit Card Companies.

9.Credit officers working in Savings & Cooperative Societies (SACCOS)

10.Officers working in Hire Purchase Companies.

NOTES

  • You can start on the course any time
  • Course duration – 4 month
  • Must do the two continuous assessment tests and pass
  • The continues assessment tests will be a take away with a specified timing of return
  • The continues assessment tests can be sent and done online
  • If you were to repeat a failed continues assessment test, it will be at an additional cost.
  • The first continues assessment tests will be after two month from the date of commencement and the second at the end of the 4th month
  • A course outline will be provided.
