JURISDICTION:TheWest of England Motor Club will organise a National Trial held under the National Sporting Code, The Standing Trials Regulations of the ACU, the ACU Trail Bike Championship Regulations and any final instructions that may be issued.
ELIGIBILITY: Riders must hold a current ACU Trials Registration Card or SACU Licence. Other riders must produce a licence and start permission confirming Insurance from their FMN.
Membership of the West of England Motor Club is available for £5-00.
ACU Trials Registration Card is available for £10-00.CARDS MUST BE SHOWN AT SIGNING ON.
RTA insurance
The Club has applied to Lockton for a Blanket Cover Note under the above scheme. This will provide competitors who need to use the scheme with the Third Party Cover necessary to meet RTA requirements on the Road Sections of the Event.
The basic rate for the event will be £10
All new applicants wishing to use the scheme must be able to comply with all points of the Lockton’s
Declaration:-
Over 21 and held a full licence for at least 6 months
Not more than 1 fault accident in last 3 Years
No more than maximum of 6 speeding points on licence
No physical or mental disabilities
No other material facts
If you comply with all points above – No Letter of Acceptance will be required.
If unable to comply with any of above points you will be required to complete the Declaration Form which should be forwarded either to the Club or direct to Lockton prior to the event to allow sufficient time for Letter of Acceptance to be issued.
ENTRIES:
Limited to the first 180 applicants.Entries to be made on the official entry form (or photocopy) to reach the Secretary of the Meeting by Saturday 20th June, together with the entry fee of £25-00, and any other fees necessary. Cheques payable to W. E. M. C. Please include your email address to receive final instructions and results.
A CATERING VAN WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE
FOR BREAKFAST AND AFTERWARDS.
STARTING TIMES:
Ridersnumbers and start times will be allocated in order of receipt and will start 2 per minute from 08:01. A rider will be penalized 1 mark for each minute they are late for their start time and will be considered a non-starter if more than 20 minutes late.
COURSE:
Course will consist of approx 70 - 80 miles which will include Public Highway as well as off-road tracks and trails. There will be approx 25 Observed Sections. Special test will be used to resolve ties as per ACU rules. All sections can be walked by the riders before riding. White markers will be used for all standard route sections. 6 sections will include harder variations for the championship class only, which will be indicated with red markers.
All competitors MUST give way to horses and walkers and close all gates where indicated to do so.
Travelling Marshall's will report any competitor who is seen riding in a dangerous or irresponsible manner and any such reported rider will be liable to disqualification and disciplinary action. "Please ensure your registration number plate is clean when travelling on the road".
CLASSES:
(A) CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS
ACU Trail Bike Championship Class: All machines must comply with the following:
TRIALS tyres fitted on the front and rear wheel. As per TSR 8.
Machine wheelbase must not be less than 1350mm.
Machine must have a minimum 5 Litre fuel tank.
Machine must have a dual seatof at least 350mm long.
Machine must be equipped with lights.
The following additional classes are included - but are not eligible for Championship points

Provisional results will be published by EMAIL to riders if provided and also on the website.
